Like 78% of Canadians, you want to live your entire life in your home, letting people know how you want to age in place. You want to live your life on your terms, eat the foods you love, visit with the friends you have, and stay active. You want to live your life as you do now, forever. But, you also do not want to burden your adult children.

You first need to tell those you have in your life your intention to Age In Place. The second step is to record what you want that life to look like using the guideline that we have provided. Below is the Quality of Life Will, which you can use as an example, completed by our founder.  You can fill out the form for yourself to have your wishes on record. It would be best if you did this now regardless of your age. We’ll email it to you, and then you can save it, share it with someone else, or place it with your other important documents, such as your will or powers of attorney.

Most of us will need help as we age. But, we also want to make sure that our children or loved ones are not burdened by the need to coordinate that care or service. So, from finding someone to help with the landscaping and snow removal to meal preparation to personal care, a Coordinator-Advocate will organize all you need to Age in Place.  At AgeIP.com, we build a network of Coordinator-Advocates to ensure you live as you want. So, join our waiting list for future updates on this service. But start today by creating your Quality of Life Will.

There is no cost to complete the Quality of Life Will. It is free for you and your family. Our goal is to help everyone have this choice to live in their home forever. Our business model (how we pay the bills and become a business) will work with the Coordinator-Advocates and site sponsor. There is never a cost for you to create your plan and update it as often as you wish.

The Coordinator-Advocate makes sure that your plan is followed and works for you at all times. We see this being a Registered Nurse, Registered Nurses Assistant, or Social Worker specially trained to take on this task.
